Terms of Service

1. Services

• Car export from Japan to global markets.
• Short-term ownership (1–3 months) with buyback option.
• Domestic sales within Japan.

2. Payments & Deposits

• Deposits required before sourcing. Refundable only if matching vehicle cannot be sourced as agreed.
• Final balance due before delivery/handover.

3. Buyback

Buyback values are fixed in advance; deductions may apply per mileage/damage rules (see Buyback Agreement).

4. Liability

Cars are sold “as-is” unless otherwise stated. Customer must maintain appropriate insurance.

5. Law & Venue

Governed by Japanese law; jurisdiction: Kobe District Court.
